Introduction:

Vertical Laminar Flow cabinets station combines several of our most advanced products in a state-of-the-art work station that removes particulate air-borne contamination. The backbone of the system is the reliable Filter/Fan Unit (FFU), which provides a flow of microfiltered air to meet cleanliness standards. Patented baffling technology ensures uniform airflow across the filter face and attenuates sound for the lowest noise level in the industry: approximately 50 dBA .Select the ULPA filter, rated 99.9995% efficient removing 0.12-micron particles. Each unit includes a high/medium/low adjustment switch.

A:ISO Class 4 air cleanliness within work zone as per ISO 14644.1 (Equivalent to Class 10 as per US
Federal Standard 209E,10 times "cleaner" than the usual Class 100 classification on clean benches
offered by the competition).

B: High-quality polyester pre-filter and main ULPA filter with a typical efficiency of 99.9997% at MPPS and
99.9998% at both 0.3 and 0.12 microns provide the best product protection in the world; typical main
ULPA filter lifespan is more than 3 years depending on the usage of the clean bench.

C:Mini-pleat separatorless ULPA filter technology reduces energy consumption and delivers increased
laminar airflow uniformity for better product and cross contamination protection.

D: Integral filter metal guard on both sides prevents accidental damage to ULPA filter; seamless filter
gasket is permanently molded on the filter frame and will not deteriorate over time; aerosol (DOP/PAO)
challenge test port included.

Factory test:

All of equipment is individually factory tested for safety and performance in accordance with international Standards. Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.


Factory test include:

-- functional test and visual inspection
-- electrical safety tests
-- air velocity testing
-- purification rank test (if need)


Warranty:

Our equipment is warranty for 1 year excluding consumable parts and accessories.
All equipment is shipped with a comprehensive use’s manual complete with a report documenting all test procedures.
Additional IO/OQ/GMP document is available upon request.

Consumable parts illustration:

1: Pre-filter: each one should be replacement in each 6 month, but it can refresh no more three times.
