Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor(MBBR) is a moving media system, used in Integrated Fixed-lm Activated Sludge (IFAS) and moving bed biofilm reaction (MBBR) system. MBBR technology has the advantages of traditional fluidized bed and biological contact oxidation,also that is a new efficient sewage treatment method,This method can improve the efficiency of the reactor by adding a certain amount of suspension carriers to the reactor and improving the biomass and biological species in the reactor.the negative charged micro-organisms needs the positive charged filter.
Relying on biofilm treatment, it can save sludge backflow；Low
energy consumption saves land and shortens process flow
No need for brackets, easy to fluidize, save energy. The proper
specific gravity makes the packing in the state of suspension flow,
which minimizes the energy consumption; increases the impact and
cutting of the bubbles, and under the same conditions, the aeration
can be reduced by more than 10%.Extremely simple maintenance and care .General filter materials
require regular cleaning and refurbishment maintenance, while new
bio-fillers generally do not require cleaning and refurbishment
after being recycled, and can be used repeatedly for more than 20
years.
