Introduction:
Chrome zircon mullite brick adopts mullite and chrome sand as raw
material with adding material. This brick is mainly used for the
important part of glass furnace. This kind of brick has good
acid-resistance, anti-stripping, shock resistance and many other
features which could solve the problems resulted from the
unstableness of glass kiln refractory and extent the longevity of
glass furnace.
Because the erosion of glass metal the wall of glass furnace will
become thinner and the wall will cracking then the glass metal will
spread out of the furnace. As a kind of repairing brick, Chrome
Zircon Mullite Brick could directly close to high temperature
without explosion, resist the erosion of glass metal and extent the
longevity of glass furnace about 3-5 years.
Application:
Not only used for the tongue arch, crater arch, wall hook and spray nozzle arch of glass furnace chamber, but the regenerator upper checker in glass kiln or glass wool. It is also used for the arch brick of spray nozzle in electrical kiln, ceramic kiln, enamel kiln, alkali kiln, glass wool kiln, fiberglass kiln, float glass kiln, end fire furnace etc.
