Product general description
Water tank use electric tubular immersion water heater is a high quality heater, PID automatic control, temperature can be adjusted as user's request, with over-temperature and over-pressure protection alarm. Main structure is consiste of flange type of concentration of beam immersion heater and tubular housing. In the outlet of water heater PT100 resistance temperature detector is equipped with to test if water temperature reached requirement.In the housing a few guide plate will insure water is heating evently and fully. Insulation aluminum silicate wool will reach good keep warming effection.
Heating element characteristics
1. Electric heating resistors is made of nichrome aluminum alloy, it own the advantage of long working life, good oxidative stability, high temperature resistance
2. Fill magnesium oxide powder in the space between inner shell and resistance wire, with the hig
h safety performance , good insulating property and heat-conducting property
3. We supply with many type of electrical heating pipe tubes as chosen:U type,W type,double open ,flange type,with fins etc.Special form can be customered order.
4. Optional cover’s material: stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, titanium
5. Cover is stainless steel tube, with ceramics sealing
6. Can resist dry burn in certain time
7. All resistance wires need to be passed strictly insurability test and Proof Pressure test(1800V/min NO Breakdown) before out of factory
